Checking & Body Contact Camp
Learn how to properly use your body to body check and to safely take a check while succeeding at your game. It is imperative that players know how to properly check and take a check for their safety, but checking is about a lot more. At the Dishing Apples Hockey checking camp, you will learn to not only be safe in a game with body checking, but how to use it to your advantage offensively and defensively with Chalk Talk classroom discussion and vide0, off ice work, and on ice instruction and development.
